Meet the Team
Kristin’s first introduction to travel was when she was 10yrs old. The experience was life changing and sparked her passion for travel. Kristin has been involved in the travel industry since 1990 and loves helping others to experience the thrill of travel. She quickly worked out that if you're not on holiday yourself, the next best thing is spending time planning travel for others!
She became a travel broker in 2001 and through word of mouth and repeat bookings, her business has grown. The glowing testimonials we regularly receive are from clients who trust her and her team implicitly with their holidays and have referred their friends and family. She can’t wait to help create an authentic tailormade experience especially designed for you.

Antarctica | The wonderful scenery, amazing colours in the icebergs and incredible wildlife were a fantastic experience. The penguins are so cute however you don’t quite understand how much penguin poo there is, and that very few are white like all the wildlife photos you see until you experience it for yourself! This was a trip of a lifetime and I feel privileged to have had the chance to experience this vast continent.
Thailand | Having spent a year as an exchange student when I was 17 years old, Thailand is very close to my heart. I still keep in touch with my host family and have been back to visit them a number of times. Living with a Thai family and attending school immersed me into everyday living which was a life changing experience.
Cruising from Istanbul to Athens with Silversea felt like cruising on our own personal super yacht as there were only 130 passengers onboard! I have also experienced a Silversea Expedition Kimberley Cruise across the top of Australia. The food, crew and facilities onboard enhanced experiencing these amazing destinations.
Our family holiday to Disneyland when our two girls were 6yrs and 9yrs meant they were old enough to remember, yet young enough to still believe in the Disney Magic! My family feels that our Disneyland California holiday was definitely one of our most memorable family holidays.
Jemma grew up in Paihia in a busy tourist family business where travel piqued her interest from a young age. Every time she met someone from overseas, she put a pin on her world map, thus creating her life’s passion for travel, to visit all those places they called home.
Jemma has enjoyed over 35 years in travel, consulting in both corporate and leisure vacation markets. She has developed an extensive network of key travel contacts and managed a wide variety of travel itineraries. Jemma knows that beyond a ticket is an individual person complete with hopes and expectations for each travel experience. Jemma joined 360edge in August 2015.

Galápagos Islands | Giant tortoises on Isabela, marine iguanas on Fernandina, nesting blue-footed boobies and 17 other land, marine, and avian species not found anywhere else in the world. I was lucky enough to explore this magical place by small ship. Snorkelling in crystal clear blue water teeming with exotic marine life around such remote islands will always remain one of my top travel experiences in the world.
Southern Africa | This area has so many worlds in one and it was a dream come true to explore this region that I had only seen in books and travel brochures. To spend my birthday in Kruger National Park with an early morning game drive, finishing with sundowners, while the hippos sang, followed by a private bush dinner set up with a campfire out in the reserve was certainly a special day to remember. Travelling to Victoria Falls to experience the “Smoke that Thunders”, Cape Town including private time with Christo Brand, Table Mountain, The Peninsula and a visit out through the scenic valleys of South Africa’s Garden Route to Creation Wines were just some of my highlights!
India | A place that overwhelms your senses in the best possible way – nowhere else delivers quite the same barrage of sights, sounds and sensations. From enjoying the Golden Triangle in the North, exploring the tranquil backwaters of Kerala with ayurvedic treatments and sunrise yoga, to the tea plantations of Munnar means this vast subcontinent is still calling me back.

Windstar cruise for my 1st wedding anniversary around the islands of Tahiti. Pure luxury, beautiful lagoons and swam with turtles, stingrays and manta rays – spectacular!
Skiing Nagano and the island of Hokkaido in Japan. Amazing snow, beautiful scenery, people, food, culture and of course onsens!
Italy | Anywhere in Italy!! This country has it all and is my favourite! I love everything about Italy, the Roman ruins, history, art, architecture, fashion, culture, food, language, the people and of course the beautiful beaches & Mediterranean. Take me to Italy any day!!
Andrew’s journey in the travel industry started in the early 1990’s working at Go Holidays advising travel agents on where to send their clients. In 2001 he started his own travel brokerage selling holidays to Bali (he has been to Bali more than 80 times!) and then expanded to the rest of South East Asia and beyond. Due to his extensive knowledge and expertise, Kristin approached Andrew to join the 360edge team in 2023. Andrew enjoys working out the best and most efficient routes, selecting the right hotels and matching sightseeing to your bucket list. Andrew believes in creating a holiday that’s better than you’d imagined!

Jerusalem | Despite its controversy over the centuries, it’s surreal to be in a place so full of documented history going back more than 3000 years. To walk through the gates and streets that millions have passed through over the ages and see the different cultures and religions living, praying and working there, is something I don’t think can be found anywhere else in the world.
Tana Toraja, Sulawesi | Tana Toraja is the culturally interesting (and macabre!) place I’ve ever visited, where reminders of death and the deceased are everywhere. There are effigies of the dead, called Tau-tau dotted around the town, caves full of coffins and bones in various states of decay and they even have a funeral season where the dead are exhumed when the family can afford a proper burial ceremony. The traditional houses are large, impressive structures in the shape of buffalo horns. It’s a strange place to visit, but so interesting that getting there is well worth it.
Cuba | I was fortunate enough to get there in the 1990’s when there weren’t many tourists. This was the first communist country I had been to, and it didn’t take long to see that there were no shops, but queues of people outside unnamed buildings, I guess waiting for the rations. There were loads of old American cars and Russian Lada cars – even stretch-limousine Ladas. We stayed in the heart of Havana at the Hotel Inglaterra, an old colonial style hotel. We could only eat at tourist restaurants which only accepted US dollars. The people all seemed quite happy and sat outside their homes in the evening, listening to music, chatting and laughing with their neighbours.
Stacey has been in the travel industry for 25 years, specialising in both corporate and leisure travel. Born and bred in Auckland, she has also lived in London whilst on her Overseas Experience (OE) and thoroughly enjoyed all the experiences that travelling from there provided. In her spare time Stacey enjoys camping adventures at the beach with her family and friends and walking with her dog.

Gallipoli | 90th Anniversary: Travelling to Gallipoli for the 90th anniversary celebrations of the Gallipoli landings. To be part of an event that celebrated New Zealand’s war time heroes and learn a little about their stories and our country’s history was truly a humbling life experience.
Safari in South Africa | Kruger National Park, it was a dream come true to visit this part of the world and see the Big Five in their natural habitat, a place that is still on my bucket list to get back to!
Queenstown | close to home and still one of the destinations that takes my breath away. I still remember the exhilarating feeling of parapenting over Queenstown – we are so lucky to live in our stunning country!
Sally has spent over 40 years in the Travel Industry working for airlines and travel agencies and has been part of our team since 2015. Sally travelled extensively as she was growing up and since then with her husband and children. Both children currently live in London (she gave them the travel bug too), so she has the perfect excuse to visit Europe!

Bhutan | An astonishing country in the Himalayas tucked in between Tibet, Nepal and India. Instead of measuring GDP, Bhutan measures GNH – Gross National Happiness! Visiting Buddhist temples and learning about the country's history was fascinating. It is a beautiful, friendly country and my proudest moment was climbing up to Taktsang (Tiger’s Nest) Monastery which hangs out on a high cliff. A truly mind-blowing experience, especially for someone very nervous of edges!
Cruising with Silversea from Sri Lanka to the Seychelles via the Maldives. Cruising is such a fabulous way to travel, unpacking once and then taking our room with us for nearly three weeks to experience these amazing places. Fabulous food, great people and being pampered by our own butler was just the icing on the cake.
Skiing in Switzerland, Aspen, Whistler, Wanaka | all different and all truly magical experiences!
Roshan was new to the travel industry when she joined 360edge in 2022, after returning from living in London for 17 years. During this time, she worked and travelled extensively throughout Europe. On return to New Zealand Roshan brought her Greek English husband and their two children to enjoy a Southern Hemisphere lifestyle. While well-travelled, there’s nothing like being in the South Pacific and Roshan is delighted to be here.

South of France | an artist's dream. There’s nothing like the colours, smells and way of life in the South of France. Lavender lined roads, richly jewelled vineyard grapes, antique markets and long lunches are all essential to feeling invigorated and yet utterly relaxed.
Cyprus | a discovery of untouched history. With long dry summers swimming in the turquoise waters such as Paphos (the birthplace of Aphrodite) or enjoying winters skiing high up in the Troodos Mountains, Cyprus is a small Mediterranean Island with plenty to offer. There is an abundance of delicious traditional food and wines made by the monks at the monasteries, and the historic sites are unique and not to be missed. Whether it’s stunning amphitheatres on the edge of cliffs or the Byzantine churches in quiet villages, there’s so much to see and experience and the locals at the coffee shop will be able to tell you anything you need to know!
Scotland | a stoic Northern experience. A place of myth and legend, Scotland is an incredible journey through past and present. The stunning highlands with hidden castles through to the lively cities filled with humour, creativity and red hair; the Scots are brilliantly fun and know how to show you a good time!
