The ROKI Collection Queenstown

Where Ultra-Luxury Meets Nature

Queenstown is about to welcome a new standard of luxury with the opening of ROKI Collection Queenstown, set to debut in mid-2025 on the edge of Lake Wakatipu. Promising the pinnacle of ultra-luxury hospitality in New Zealand, ROKI invites guests to immerse themselves in tranquillity—aptly named after the Te Reo Māori word for "calm."

A New Era of Sophisticated Stays

Designed by acclaimed interior designer Virginia Fisher—renowned for creating some of New Zealand's most iconic luxury lodges, including Huka Lodge—ROKI offers a serene and sophisticated escape. Every suite has been designed to frame the natural beauty of Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkables, with panoramic views from expansive windows and private balconies.

The property features a range of suites, from elegant one-bedroom retreats to the showstopping Grand ROKI Suite, which commands an entire floor and boasts seven bedrooms, each complete with its own ensuite, fireplace, and private outdoor space. Rates range from $2,000 to $32,000 per night, offering tailored luxury experiences for couples, families, and groups.

Guests of the Grand ROKI Suite can also enjoy a rooftop sauna and spa, exclusive chauffeur service with the ROKI house car, and the services of a personal in-suite chef to create bespoke dining experiences.

Dining Elevated

Culinary excellence is at the heart of ROKI Collection, led by Executive Chef Paul Froggatt, recently named New Zealand Luxury Lodge Chef of the Year 2024. The resort features three distinct dining venues:

  • The Dining Room – Fine dining inspired by Froggatt’s culinary journeys through the UK, France, and Asia. Expect dishes like locally farmed lamb and wild venison served with a touch of tableside theatre.

  • The Terrace – An intimate setting with spectacular views over Queenstown, where European-inspired dishes such as king crab and New Zealand scampi reflect Froggatt’s love of the ocean.

  • The Library Bar – A relaxed yet refined space offering expertly crafted cocktails, high tea, and access to a 10,000-bottle wine cellar guided by the onsite sommelier.

Wellness & Adventure at Your Fingertips

The spa, inspired by Roman baths, is a sanctuary of calm, complete with a heated indoor pool, private treatment rooms, saunas, and a jacuzzi. Outside, Queenstown’s world-famous adventure playground beckons—ski The Remarkables, embark on a private heli-skiing expedition, enjoy scenic hikes, or try your hand at fly-fishing.

For a more laid-back pace, guests can indulge in private Central Otago wine tours, scenic heli-flights over the Southern Alps, or a champagne picnic atop The Remarkables.

Opening Mid-2025

Bookings are now open for what promises to be one of New Zealand’s most exclusive and immersive luxury escapes. Whether you’re seeking adventure, relaxation, or a combination of both, the ROKI Collection Queenstown will deliver an unforgettable experience.
